When opening an account, you agree to: • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information • Maintain and update your information as needed • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Not share your account with any third party • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access • Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account One person may only maintain one trading account unless otherwise approved.

By trading on our platform, you acknowledge: • All trading decisions are made at your own risk • Market prices are subject to rapid fluctuations • Orders may be executed at prices different from quoted prices • We may reject or cancel orders at our discretion • Trading history and statements will be provided electronically • You are responsible for monitoring your positions and margin requirements We provide execution-only services and do not provide investment advice.

Leveraged trading involves significant risk: • Leverage up to 1:1000 is available on certain account types • Higher leverage increases both potential profits and losses • You may lose more than your initial deposit • Margin calls may require immediate additional funds • Positions may be automatically closed if margin is insufficient • Leverage limits may be adjusted based on market conditions or regulations Please ensure you fully understand the risks before using leverage.

Financial transactions are subject to: • Verification of identity and payment source • Minimum deposit requirements vary by account type • Withdrawals processed to the original deposit method when possible • Processing times vary by payment method (typically 1-5 business days) • We may request additional documentation for security purposes • Fees may apply for certain payment methods All funds must originate from accounts in your name.

You agree not to engage in: • Market manipulation or abusive trading practices • Using trading strategies that exploit system errors • Money laundering or terrorist financing • Fraudulent activity or identity theft • Unauthorized access or hacking attempts • Spreading malware or harmful code • Providing false information or documentation • Any activity that violates applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms or any applicable regulations • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity • Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities • You fail to complete required verification • Your account remains inactive for an extended period Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days, subject to applicable terms and regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for trading losses or lost profits • We do not guarantee platform availability or uninterrupted service • We are not responsible for third-party service failures • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months • We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Dispute Resolution: 1. Contact customer support to attempt informal resolution 2. Submit a formal complaint in writing within 30 days 3. We will respond within 14 business days 4. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration You agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
